Aerosols & Tubes

We have a range of internal and external coatings that are well known for their excellent abilities to limit scratches and abrasions. They also protect food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products from contamination, oxygen, light penetration and other damaging effects. The coatings can be applied to all shapes and sizes of aerosols and tubes. iSenseTM coatings enhance the design features of metal packaging, capsules and closures, providing a wide variety of striking effects. It allows our customer the freedom to design stand-out packaging that meets their specific needs and grabs attention. Some of our offerings include vivid and soft coloured coatings, textured and tactile varnishes including soft touch, crackle and suede as well as specialty finishes such as duo-shade interference coatings, pearlescent and sparkling varnishes. It ensures the packaging looks good while catering to performance requirements too.

Beverage Cans

At PPG Asian Paints, we supply cost-effective, versatile and easy to control lubricants that give the finest protection for full flavoured drinks. Caps & Closures

Decorative Inks

In addition to supplying a comprehensive range of coatings for the interiors and exteriors of cans, PPG Asian Paints offers a full range of inks for steel and aluminium beverage cans. Pixoset inks are designed to run on any offset UV line. They not only provide outstanding colour strength but also exhibit excellent set-off properties, especially in sensitive sectors like infant formula cans. With the Pixoset range, the dot gain is such that the printing precision reveals the most sophisticated graphic designs. Our other range, Pixoset UV inks are suitable for the decoration of plastic tubes.

With our new in-house database software solution, PPG Asian Paints manage colour matching, mixing and order management on your site. We provide our services throughout the process – from matching to technical support, ensuring tractability of the can to batch.

Food Cans

We offer an extensive selection of high performance, versatile coatings for every type of aluminium and steel food can, as well as for classic and full aperture easy open ends. PPG Asian Paints extensive offerings of conventional and UV inks are designed to withstand a wide spectrum of food packs with high resistance to stain, sulphur and acid with some being lubricated for the easy release of products. Both liquid and powder side strip coatings are easy to apply and offer high scratch resistant, flexible coating.

NutriShield Coatings are formulated to deliver high performance solutions to can manufacturers and brand owners. They comply with ever evolving regulatory requirements for food cans and ends. Our brand, NutriShield Solista is a new generation interior spray coating for 2 piece DWI food cans. It offers a new effective internal spray and Bisphenol-A non-intent coating and is available in gold, grey and buff versions. These coatings are leading the conversion to BPA-NI with good chemical resistance and application experience across lines and regions.

Industrial Packaging

PPG Asian Paints offers easy-to-apply internal and external coatings for maximum coverage and protection on flat sheet. Our coatings protect even against the most corrosive products, ensuring that they arrive to the customers in a ready-to-use form. Our internal industrial coatings can be applied to a wide range of containers, for variouos pack sizes paint cans to 200-litre steel drums. Various companies depend on our coatings to defy rust, oxidation and other harsh elements and to create strong corrosion-resistant barriers.
